GETTING HERE
Gili Trawangan is located off the coast of Lombok, but is a popular holiday activity for those staying in Bali. There are two main ways to get to Gili Trawangan by sea or by sky
- By Sea - Fastboat & Speedboat
From Bali, there are a number fastboats that go directly to Gili Trawangan. Many boat companies will include a free hotel pick up in Bali and take you directly to Padang Bai harbor before taking the boat transfer to the island. From Kuta/Legian, it is approximately 1.5 hours to Padang Bai harbor, then a 1 hour boat ride directly to the island. Most boats will dock at the Gili Trawangan Jetty or Public Harbour which is approximately 500m from Hotel Vila Ombak, from here you can either walk or catch a cidomo (horse-cart).
From Lombok, we have offer our Sonic Speedboat that do transfer from main island Lombok direct to our Hotel at Gili Trawangan. For your convenience, transfer from both location every hour and we also offer chartered transfers outside schedule time.

- By Sky - Flights
Domestic and International flights are available to Lombok - from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya and many other destinations.
From Lombok International Airport, we can arrange an airport transfer that includes a private air-conditioned car ride to Teluk Kombal Wharf (North Lombok) then a 10-15 minute speedboat ride to our Hotel Vila Ombak private jetty. The drive from the airport to Teluk Kombal Wharf is a scenic 1.5 hour drive through Lomboks little villages and beautiful scenic coastline (Senggigi) or if you would prefer to take the trip inland you can request a trip through the tropical Pusuk Monkey Forest and rice-fields.

OUR LOCATION
Hotel Vila Ombak is located on Gili Trawangan, one of Lombok Island oasis, the largest of the 3 Gili Islands just off Lombok's Northwestern coastline.
You can reach the island with a number of direct daily fast boat services (price available upon request) leaving Serangan Harbor, Bali (approximately 2.5 hours) or Padang Bai Harbor, Bali (approximately 1 hour). Arriving in the tiny Gili Trawangan harbor get a horse-carriage (Cidomo) to Hotel Vila Ombak approximately 500 meters ride.
Alternatively, you can take flights from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Surabaya or Bali that takes around 30 minutes flight time to Lombok International Aiport. Then, a pickup service can be arranged from the airport with our combine spacious air conditioned car + speedboat transfer service (price available on request) - which will take you through a scenic drive along the western coastline (Senggigi) or through Pusuk Monkey Forest to our private pier at Teluk Kodek for 10 - 15 minutes trip by our speedboat to Gili Trawangan depart direct in front of Hotel Vila Ombak.
